Stitch

Hi. I went for a run yesterday and got a stitch on both sides of my body (under my breasts/under my rib cage). The stitch is quite high up. In fact I still have a bit of a stitch , high up, on my left side. For a few days before my my run, I had a faint pain, like a stitch in my body, but it wasn''t bad enough to think twice about. Is this consistant stitch anything to worry about? I''ve been rather thirsty lately and have been drinking alot of water.
