Stiffnes of lungs

When I wake up my lungs hurt when I breath in. As soon as I lay down again I can breath normally. The pain subsides after about 10 minutes after standing up straight. Lung disease?

Dear Annelien
It does not sound like lung disease, you may have inflammation in the small muscles of the chest or a referring pain from a back muscle spasm causing this.
