Stiff Joints

Nearly 50 and embarrassed by stiff joints when I stand up. Recovering from a foot injury and have been inactive for the past year.
In there medication (e.g supplement) which could relieve the joint stiffness.

Exercise is one of the few things that will keep the joints mobile- try swimming and walking when the foot is better.
Supplements with chondroitin and glucosamine (e.g. Joint-Eeze etc) are purported to help- also anti-oxidants like Procydin-
