Is it true that a long term STI can easily transform itself into HIV?

Absolutely NOT - STI stands for Sexually Transmitted Infections - and HIV is one of them - there are over 20 of them. They kinda like to hang out together so where one is another is likely to be found. Additionally once one of them is in it can open the doors for the others. So Having another STI makes you more likely to get HIV. There is no way that one of these diseases can tranform itself into another one. BTW , just for information - burning urine is NEVER normal, no matter how many of your friends have it - in men burning urine is almost always a sign of an STD and in women the vaginal dischargeeeee should be clear and odorless - anything else is an infection
