As for the legs twitching, when you use muscles that have never really been used before, then the nerves controlling the muscle, and the muscle, become fatigued and this affects how ell you can control the muscle. That is why it twitches - a loss of co-ordination of muscle control as a result of fatigue. But it will go away as you get stronger and fitter, so don't worry.
