SPOTTING

THANK YOU FOR ANSWERING ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS SO QUICKLY. I''M SURE EVERYONE THAT POST QUESTIONS REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN I SHOULD COUNT THE FIRST DAY OF MENSTRUATION. IS IT THE FIRST DAY THAT I HAVE SPOTTING OR THE FIRST DAY THAT I SHOULD USE A TAMPON? I USUALLY HAVE LIGHT SPOTTING FOR TWO DAYS AND ONLY USE A PANTYLINER. ON THE THIRD DAY I NEED TO USE A TAMPON FOR THE FIRST TIME. I NEED TO KNOW WHEN THE FIRST DAY OF MENSTRUATION IS SEEING THAT I NEED TO KNOW MY CYCLE LENGTH IN ORDER TO KNOW WHEN I OVULATE AND WHEN I SHOULD START WITH MY OVULATION PREDICTOR TESTS.

Hallo Roxy
I think in your case, take the first day that you see red blood - even if it is just a little bit. These days one can get an ovulator kit at some pharmacies that you can use to pinpoint your ovulation. See http://www.ehow.com/how_4682_ovulation-predictor-kit.html
