Further treatment will depend on the reason for his spinal deformity. TB "eats up the bones" and therefore, can lead to "fractures". You will have to consult an orthopedic surgeon for x-rays to determine if the possibility of an operation do exist. The pain can be severe and you can consult your GP for medication, like Valoron Drops, to alleviate the pain.
