Spermiogram Interpretation Help

Can someone please help? We have the report from our donor''s Spermiogram but we''re not too sure of the terminology and the minimum requirements for good swimmers.

Amongst other things this is what it says:

Sperm Count - 90 (million I presume?)
Semen Volume - 2.5 (ml I presume)
Total Sperm Count - 225.0
Count Normal Sperm - 8.50

Morphology
Heads % Normal - 15
Amorph - 81
Melago - 1
Small - 3

Other Abnormalities
Precursors - 2
Tail - 3
Neck - 3

% Motility
After 30 min - 60 (% I presume)
After 2 hrs - 60 (% ?)

Progressive Motility
After 30 min - 2+
After 2 hrs - 2+

Any help with any of these terms will be appreciated. Thanks!

Dear Trinity

Using the current criteria for sperm analysis the spermiogram would fall within the normal range and should be of a good prognosis.
