Dear Lacoste,

The reduction in sperm count as men age is normal. Yet most men are still able to contribute to conception into old age. Charlie Chaplin still conceived a child in his 90s. It only takes one sperm to fertilise an ovum.

Ejaculating regularly, keeping fit amd healthy and eating healthy can support a degree of the maintenance of healthy sperm count and motility.
