My partner and I have been trying for a baby for the last couple of months, I did some tests and the gynaecologist confirmed that there was nothing wrong with me. My partner did a sperm test last week and the results came back yesterday, according to the results the was no sperm. my partner is worried. does it mean he cannot produce sperm?, are there treatment options?
