Specialist - anal pap smear

Dear doc,
A couple of weeks ago I enquired about a specialist that I could see for an anal pape smear, because I was worried about having possibly contracted high risk HPV. You recommended a proctologist. I''m in Pretoria, have called around and none of the major hospitals seem to have a procotologist nor a colorectal specialist. Would a gastroentorologist do? Is there anyone at all that you can personally recommend?
Thank you.
