Dear Dinny
Please excuse me for only answering your question today, but my home and office were struck by lightning and my poor PC was literally 'fried'. My new PC was delivered this morning! If by 'Sparkling water' you mean, plain water to which some carbon dioxide has been added to make it bubbly, then such water does not contain anything but water which will keep you hydrated. Cranberry juice is rich in protective vitamins, esp vit C, and so-called phytonutrients (the deep red colour indicates their presence). Cranberry juice has been classed as a urinary tract disinfectant and having at least a glass a day of pure cranberry juice may help to prevent bladder infections. Most cranberry juices available on the market are, however, not pure cranberry juice, but are made with apple and other less expensive juices to which a small quantity of the cranberry juice has been added.
