Spanning en Agressie

Goeie dag. Ek kan spanning nie goed hanteer nie! Indien ek gespanne raak voel dit of ek iemand kan vermoor of net iets wil slaan!! Ek is ook baie ongeskik met die persoon wat my opwerk. Ek se goed op ''n baie lelike, kras manier en is dan na die tyd spyt oor wat ek gese het. Maar ek bedoel soos in erg lelik. Ek wil nie so wees nie. Ek behou nie lank vriendskappe nie, omdat ek te reguit is en ander om my (my familie) dink dat ek dinge uit verband ruk en ongelooflik ongeskik en te reguit is. Wat kan ek doen om my spanning te verminder. Ek wil net leer relax. Ek wil ''n beter mens wees en ek wil nie so kwaad word nie, want ek weet dit is nie goed vir my gesondheid nie. Ek kry hartkloppings en ek bewe verskriklik wanneer ek so kwaad word. My nek is ook gedurig in ''n spasma. Help my asseblief!!

The simplest adicse for the spasm or anger is to find a hobby that relieses stress like boxing, photography or if you'd like so more please reply.
