SORES

It''s been happening for almost all of my pre-teen and teen life and I don''t how it started but ever so often I find myself having sores with pus on my vaginal area. They do not begin like sores but rather plainful tiny spots that contain pus then later on as they heal eventually become sore. I have considered it being just ingrowth pubic hair but could you suggest what it could be?
