Sore toes

I am a type 2 diabetic and have started to have a constant ache in my toes on both feet They are worse when I sit or lie down. When I move around the pain goes away. Any advice??.

This may be due to reduced blood flow or damage to the nerves due to your diabetes. Please see your doctor - they need to check this as diabetics can develop gangrene easily if the blood flow is compromised.
