Hallo George
Yes it is as it shows that your circulation is not optimal when you fly. You are at risk of developing a deep vein thrombosis in your legs,. Invest in a set of "flight socks", you get it at most travel shops and it cuts your risk by almost 80%. It is expensive but worth it. You should also try and walk around every now and then if you fly for more than 2 hours. Drink enough fluids ( not alcohol) and move your ankles up and down and in circles when you sit.
