Dear Angel

There are a number of possibilities, depending on the area you are getting the pain. Different areas on the top of the foot will relate to different conditions. It is difficult to give you an accurate diagnosis based on the information you have given. I suggest you visit a podiatrist you can examine your foot and them treat the symptoms.
