sore feet

Hi, ever since I had my baby (14 months ago) i have noticed that when I''ve been sitting for a while and then stand up and walk, my feet are sore. Especially so in the mornings ... sometimes I get out of bed and actually hobble. when I was pregnant I had swollen ankles but not anymore. Do you have any advice ? should I be worried ? do you think this could be a symptom of something serious?

Hallo Megan
You may have a bit of plantar fasciitis which is an inflammation of the sole of the foot. It may help to take an anti-inflammatory like Neurofen (if you are not allergic to it)It may also help to wear shoes with a bit of a heel (1-2 cm) to take stress of the area or to get an insole from a podiatrist
