Sore Feet

I am a dancer and suffer from calouses on the balls of my feet. I have them removed but they keep coming back. How can I protect my feet against this. I find dancing difficult and am actually thinking of bandaging my feet for dancing.

Hallo Allie
Callouses form when the bone of the feet carries too much pressure ( due to dropping of the foot bridge or the type of shoes you wear ) It may help to get special insoles to wear to support the bridge of the foot. What kind of dancing do you do?
