Wees egter net versigtig want so 'n lae-energie-dieet kan op die lange duur uitloop of voedingsgebreke en/of onderdrukking van normale metabolisme wat gewigsverlies kan belemmer. Dit is altyd beter om 'n gebalanseerde lae-vet, hoë-vesel dieet (kliek op 'Diet', 'Weight loss' en 'Slimming Diet') en oefening te gebruik om gewig te verloor.
