social phobia remedies

hello
does rescue remedie help the social phobic person.are there any over the counter pills that can help the social phobic? i do not have medical aid to go to the doc

No. There are absolutel no over the counter remedies that have shown any real benefits in treating anxiety disorders, social anxiety disorder / social phobia inclusive. Have you explored whether you can get an assessment and prescription from a state / provincial hospital or clinic ? Many commonly used drugs also used to treat depression can be really helpful in social phobia.
Also check whether there is any availability of another very effective talking treatment for such problems, CBT ( Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy ) there ( or maybe at your nearest medical school, where there are often psychiatrists and psychologists during their post-graduate training who are learning these methods and can often provide such treatment free while they are working under supervision.
