Is smoking connected to global warming at all?

No, there's no evidence cigarette smoke significantly contributes to climate change.

However, one can certainly argue that growing tobacco and manufacturing cigarettes causes deforestation and release of carbon into the atmosphere, thus contributing to climate change.
