Dear Dina
The ingredients in Slimeeze have the following properties: Dextrose is a type of sugar, the vitamins and minerals will only be harmful if taken in excessive doses (i.e. more than 100% of the RDA per day), kelp is a source of iodine, which we don't really need because all our table salt is iodated in SA. The senna is a laxative and as for the other ingredients they are probably either diuretics or stimulants. Rather avoid taking all these pills and potions and stick to a low-fat, energy-reduced diet and exercise to lose weight.
Best regards
