Sleepless nights

My mother has a problem sleeping and this has been going on for over 10 years now, I think she has stress because she has been looking for a job with no luck since 1998, after she completed her Diploma in Business Mananagement. This is an everyday problem for her is there a way of helping her?

This is a common problem. Th best way to help is NOT with tablets, but with a programme called "cognitive behavioural therapy". This can be administered by anyone who has adequate knowledge of sleep medicine. She needs to be seen by such a person.
