sleeping problem

When ever I go to sleep my brain keeps thinking something or the other...it never stops even if I try to deviate the same. I keep changing sides but sleep goes away....and very late in the night, I go to sleep. Please help.

You cant "not think" about things - unless, perhaps, you are a Buddhist monk.

Try being involved with some pleasant activity before bed-time, so that your mind naturally is thinking about pleasant things when you go to bed - that is much less likely to keep you awake.
