sleeping on side while pregnant

Dear Gynea doc

I''m 4 months pregnant (almost). Is it acceptable to sleep on my tummy, it feel fine .. or should i always sleep on my side?

Also which vitatmins should i be taking now, did 4 months of folic acid - now how much calcium etc?

thats so good to know,cause i have noticed if i sleep on my tummy i dont get back pain
