sleeping hours

good day,
i''m a very active person, and i do cycling as a sport.
with my hectic lifestyle i try to get as much sleep as i can.
i go to bed at round about 9pm - 10pm and wake up at 6am.
during the day i tend do get sleepy and feel that i need more sleep.
is there anything i can take to help me with my sleepy feeling or do i need to get in more hours if sleep.

Eight hours of sleep is a normal healthy amount of sleep. If you do feel the need to sleep during the day, catch a catnap of not more than 20 minutes. If that is not an option, drink strong coffee. Also supplement with a good multivitamin and follow a healthy diet.
