Sleep Apnea

I am suffering fron Restless Feet Syndrome and Sleep Apnea.Presently I ues a C PAP machine. I use asleeping pill at night prescribed by my GP,but somewere read that it is not good ???. Do you know anything about a Bi PAP machine. My Sleep Apnea is quit severe Thanks

Taking sleeping tablets at night may worsen your sleep apnoea symptoms, and that is why it is mostly not recommended. However if you have a sleep evaluation at a sleep clinic and your measurements are ok with the CPAP machine on sleeping tablets, you could probably use it.
