Sleep

Please what can I use to sleep. It realy is a problem. I am 60 years and cannot use sleeping pills.

hi

i would suggest melotonin one tablet one hour before bedtime. you can also use Reckeweg R14 to help the body relax and prepare the body for sleep. No tv or any stimulants 3 hours before bedtime.
