SLE and Contraceptive

I have been diagnosed with SLE and was told that i could not use the pill as a contraeptive but would have to consider using a low estrogen or progesterone only pill.
Please could you tell me what my options are and give me names of a contraceptive that i could go on that would be safe for my condition.

Thank you

The progesterone only pill is called Microval. It is not as safe as the combined Pill. If you are allowed a low oestrogen contraceptive, the lowest dose Pill is Mirelle.

Best wishes
