SLAP LIGAMENTE

EK was vandag my ''n ortopeut en hy het gesê  dat ek baie slap legamente het. Hy kan dit sien aan my voete en hande. Wat kan ek drink om dit te versterk? Want hy sê  ek sal moet oefen en nie vet wees nie omdat ek slap legamente (beenstruktuur?).
