skouer oefening?

Hoekom word my skouers seer as ek op my maag le en slaap met my arms bo my kop. Watter spier lig jou arm sywaarts. Watter oefening kan gedoen word om die spier te versterk.

die posisie waarin jy slaap plaas 'n stremming op die nek met kompressie van die gewriggies van die nek (fasetgewrigte).en verder, met die arms oorhoofs word konstante druk op die rotatorkraagspiere geplaas. As jy in ag neem dat dit vir ure aaneen voortduur kan jy aanvaar dat die probleem nie die van die nek of skouer strukture is nie, maar die volgehoue beklemming. Jy moet probeer om jou slaapposisie te verander hoe moeilik dit ookal is.
