Skin Patches

HI Doc

I have noticed o my face that I have a smal round patch f skin that is darker and raised to th rest and if I scratch it it comes off and them returns a day later.
This has started coming up on he back of my hands and forearms as well. If I take what looks like a scab off it bleeds and heals and then it returns a dry crusty darker patch.

Do I need to see a dermotoligist, can this be a form of cancer
I currently take 225 mg Venlor and Buspar 30mg and prior to this zoxadon 10mg , but had to stop because of very bad side effects of muscle spansims in my neck
Thanks

Dear Anon
It could be what we call a keratosis or sun spots. It can sometimes develop into skin cancer so it is better to see a dermatologist or your GP to freeze these spots with liquid nitrogen.
