Skin Blisters

I have got these red, extremely painful blister looking spots on my fingers and side of my hand, as well as under my one foot. I only had the one, but this morning when I looked a couple more have appeared overnight. It''s extremely painfull to the touch and uncomfortable.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Painful blisters are often caused by viral infections or severe allergic reactions, so rather let your doctor have a look at this.
