Hi Mari-Lize thank you for the question.
This is a difficult question to answer over the net as one would need to know your age, the condition of the skin, and the ‘age’ of the skin before deciding on the best treatment options. It is 100% possible today to reduce and even eliminate pigmentation and other blemishes from the skin and to rejuvenate the skin to a healthier youthful glow. We have a number of options available to us (it would be too exhaustive to run through all of them) such as topical products (that contain alphahydroxy and polyhydroxy acids, antioxidants, vitamin C, vitamin A, growth factors, and stem cells); superficial and medium depth peels, IPL skin rejuvenation & fractional skin resurfacing (laser). Your best option would be to research these listed treatments on the health24.com anti-ageing section (lots of info), on my personal webpage, or even try Google.

The information provided does not constitute a diagnosis of your condition. You should consult a medical practitioner or other appropriate health care professional for a physical exmanication, diagnosis and formal advice.
