sit ups

Ek het voorheen n miskraam gehad en beplan nou nog n kind. Is dit veilig om sit ups te doen? Ek het reeds n baba na die miskraam gehad.

Ligte oefening en ligte sit ups (crunches) sal geen gevaar inhou indien jy wil swanger word nie en ook nie terwyl jy swanger is nie. Miskrame in die eerste 12 weke van swangerskap is gewoonlik as gevolg van 'n abnormaliteit van die baba of die plasenta en nie as gevolg van daaglikse aktiwiteite of oefening nie.
