Hallo Pam
Sinus headaches are caused by sinus infection (fever, sore sinuses, yellow phlegm) and for this you probably need antibiotics. A pressing headache around the front of your forehead is usually due to muscle spasm of the neck and shoulders. For this something like Adcodol may help - but do not use this daily as it is addictive and bad for your kidneys if used chronically.
