Sick leave

If you are off sick on a Monday and do not have a doctor''s certificate, can this be classed as unpaid leave?

You only need to provide a doctor's certificate if you are sick for 2 days in a row or 2 days in a 6 week period.

yes you are required by law to produce a Dr certificate if you are off sick on a fri, mon, or more than 2 days
