should i remove the nodule in my thyroid?


I am 30 years old female. I recently discovered a swelling in my neck. It seems to be a Large Solitary photopenic nodule in the left lobe of my thyroid measuring 18.9 by18.1mm

Other test results
Uptake is 0.7%
TSH is 1.50
T4 is 15

Iv been advise to remove it surgically. What is doctors oppinion?

Hi, I have hypothyroidism and it seems that the doctors can' t get the dosage of my Eltroxin right. I walk 4km every day and eat the Weigh Less diet but still pick up between 200 and 400grams a day. Can their be something else wrong.
