Please be so kind as to advise me about how long you have smoked and the amount of cigarettes you smoked per day. It is possible that you have developed chronic obstructive lung disease. This is a chronic disease and you may never recover in full. You can consult your doctor for a lung function test and medication to improve your breathing.
