Shortnes of breath

What cause this under a running shower with cold water?

The cold water increases blood flow and this increases pressure on the heart, causing temporary shortness of breath.

Thanks doc. Is this a serious matter and if so is there anything i can do coz sometimes i breathe very heavely.
