Shingles?

For the past couple of days I have been experiencing a tingling sensation across the top of my back (kind of along the shoulder blades), on and off. I had a mild case of shingles on my hip many years ago. Could this be a new case of shingles or is it something else?

It is very possible and you should consult your doctor for examination and blood tests. The tingling might also be due to muscle spasm or nerve irritation in the lumbar spine.
