Shellfish and Pregnancy

Hi there,
I have heard that it is really bad for your unborn baby if you eat Shellfish during pregnancy - is this true?

If you have an allergy, it is obviously not good. Also some shellfish contain large amounts of mercury which is not good for the fetus
