Dear Lebox

Tremor in a hand can be a sign of early parkinsons disease. This is usually a fairly prominent tremor of the hand, that looks like a repeating action (pill rolling action). When they concentrate to use the hand the tremor may improve. It is not necessary to treat this if this is the only symptom.

Some people have a fine tremor that can also increase with emotions, which is hereditary but this is usually on both sides. This is not dangerous and usually not necessary to treat.
