Dear Nelisa

If your pregnancy is without complications (bleeding, high blood pressure etc) and you do not have a history of previous problems in pregnancy (eg. many miscarriages), it is perfectly safe to engage in sexual activity while pregnant. If you are concerned, you should discuss this with your doctor or gynaecologist.

The information provided does not constitute a diagnosis of your condition. You should consult a medical practitioner or other appropriate health care professional for a physical exmanication, diagnosis and formal advice. As long as you are not rough it should be fine until you feel too uncomfortable and/or sore
