Severe pain underneath left ribcage after eating. Swelling

Pain and swelling after eating under left ribcage. Spastic colon?

I suggest that you consult your doctor for an examination, barium meal and gastroscopy, as your symptoms might be due to gastritis or gastric reflux. In the interim you can use Gaviscon, three times daily before meals, to alleviate your symptoms.
