severe headache

my daughter-in-law have a sharp pain on the middle of the head it lasts few minutes, is about a month and two weeks. she visited a doctor but is not helping. please help me

I suggest that your daughter-in-law consults a neurologist for an examination. It can caused by quite a few conditons that will have to be investigated. It can range from sinusitis to cervical spine problems and all avenues will have to be explored.
