Severe Gas Problem

I have a severe gas problem. I have a relatively healthy diet. Do I need to reduce my intake of certains or is there something I can take to stop this as it is so embarassing.

Try using probiotics and Pankreoflat 3 times per day. Eat more soluble fibre than insoluble fibre, and avoid gas forming foods like onions, broccoli, cabbage, beans etc. Drinking a lot of gassy cooldrinks can also cause wind.
