Septated Ovarian Cyst

How dangerous is this type of cyst? If cancer is detected in the blood test, will a histerectomy be done? What about future fertility?

This is not a simple cyst, so further tests need to be done. If the blood test is positive, a laparotomy will be done and further treatment done depending on the findings.
Best wishes
