Seborrheic keratosis

Hello Doc. I get seborrheic keratosis on my face. I go to the dermatologist about once a year and he then removes about 3 or four of them with cryosurgery. The problem is that my skin scars easily and the cryosurgery leaves a tiny little scar which looks like a pigmentation mark. Are there any alternatives to cryosurgery for these little lesions? Maybe an ointment or something that might let them shrink without leaving a mark?
